I opted for something my parents were always against of, they wanted me to become a teacher. but that never stopped me from becoming what I’m today. I explained them my point and eventually they understood. It takes a lot of efforts in order to achieve what you really desire.

Everyone is aware of the problems we as women face in job sector. As a fresh business woman, I faced lack of funds, lack of mobility. It was extremely hard to balance professional and personal life. In the beginning, when I faced a lot financial issues and had little kids, there were a lot of obstacles that my husband and I had to face with time and hard work, we managed to settle things as of today, I’m blessed that I have such supportive and uplifting family that had helped me supported me in every way.

She Walks in Beauty
BY Lord Byron,
She walks in beauty, like the night
Of cloudless climes and starry skies;
And all that’s best of dark and bright
Meet in her aspect and her eyes;
Thus mellowed to that tender light
Which heaven to gaudy day denies.
One shade the more, one ray the less,
Had half impaired the nameless grace
Which waves in every raven tress,
Or softly lightens o’er her face;
Where thoughts serenely sweet express,
How pure, how dear their dwelling-place.
And on that cheek, and o’er that brow,
So soft, so calm, yet eloquent,
The smiles that win, the tints that glow,
But tell of days in goodness spent,
A mind at peace with all below,
A heart whose love is innocent!

International Women’s Day 2022: What this year’s campaign theme means and how to break the bias

With less than a week until this year’s International Women’s Day, we take a closer look at the campaign for 2022 and how you can get involved. International Women’s Day (IWD) is recognized globally on 8 March, honoring the achievements of women in a variety of fields, from culture to politics.
Each year, it also calls for new action to achieve equality for women, advocate for gender equality, raise awareness, and fund women-focused charities.
The first IWD is reported to have taken place in 1911, with more than a million women and men attending rallies campaigning for women’s rights to work, vote, be trained, to hold public office and end discrimination.
What is the theme for International Women’s Day 2022?
This year’s theme is #BreakTheBias and it calls for a world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination where women can move ahead. IWD recognizes that action is needed to create a gender-equal world and challenges those who want to support a campaign to help create a more diverse and inclusive future. Awareness alone is not enough to bring about change. There are several ways to get involved.
What can I do to support International Women’s Day 2022?
Everyone can step forward to challenge bias in their community, school or workplace and call out gender bias, discrimination and stereotyping when seen in action.
When the event arrives on March 8, the IWD organization will be sharing images and videos of people striking this year’s campaign pose – crossing their arms in an X – to encourage further work in creating an inclusive world.
You can share your picture on social media with the #BreakTheBias hash tag and submit it on the IWD website here.
There are also a number of resources available to help you organize your own event or fundraise for a charity of your choice.
Why is International Women’s Day 2022 celebrated?
It’s estimated that gender parity will not be achieved for almost a century, according to the World Economic Forum.
To that end, there is work that can be done now to secure a brighter and fairer future.
