Breaking the bias:-
I have started my own company at a young age and have always worked very hard to make it work.
When I started my work initially I was advised by a lot of people to hire a C.E.O to help me manage my work and this suggestion usually stemmed from the fact that I was a young woman starting out on my own, my family however always believed I would be able to manage on my own and this kept me going.
People in my company are always hired because they work hard and not because of their gender. I have tried to inculcate this practice from the very beginning that the people we hire are there because we think they can do well.

International Women’s Day 2022: What this year’s campaign theme means and how to break the bias

With less than a week until this year’s International Women’s Day, we take a closer look at the campaign for 2022 and how you can get involved. International Women’s Day (IWD) is recognized globally on 8 March, honoring the achievements of women in a variety of fields, from culture to politics.
Each year, it also calls for new action to achieve equality for women, advocate for gender equality, raise awareness, and fund women-focused charities.
The first IWD is reported to have taken place in 1911, with more than a million women and men attending rallies campaigning for women’s rights to work, vote, be trained, to hold public office and end discrimination.
What is the theme for International Women’s Day 2022?
This year’s theme is #BreakTheBias and it calls for a world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination where women can move ahead. IWD recognizes that action is needed to create a gender-equal world and challenges those who want to support a campaign to help create a more diverse and inclusive future. Awareness alone is not enough to bring about change. There are several ways to get involved.
What can I do to support International Women’s Day 2022?
Everyone can step forward to challenge bias in their community, school or workplace and call out gender bias, discrimination and stereotyping when seen in action.
When the event arrives on March 8, the IWD organization will be sharing images and videos of people striking this year’s campaign pose – crossing their arms in an X – to encourage further work in creating an inclusive world.
You can share your picture on social media with the #BreakTheBias hash tag and submit it on the IWD website here.
There are also a number of resources available to help you organize your own event or fundraise for a charity of your choice.
Why is International Women’s Day 2022 celebrated?
It’s estimated that gender parity will not be achieved for almost a century, according to the World Economic Forum.
To that end, there is work that can be done now to secure a brighter and fairer future.

Digital will continue to play an important role in helping us engage with and reach wider audiences and enhance the physical aspects. We look forward to alternate the fashion weeks between Delhi and Mumbai. This collaborative effort will give the platform and its stakeholders the opportunity to interact with varied audiences, while catering to the fashion communities across both hubs.”

What Men Prioritize In A Relationship

A stroll in the beautiful alleyway of DLF Cyber Hub in Gurgaon, considered as the center and heart of the new millennium is quite ardent and energetic. Known as the city center for the new millennium, DLF Cyber Hub is known for its commercial excellence and growing IT industry.
BY SAMAN LUQMAN
There was such a beautiful cage that I called ‘Pyaar Ka Pinjra’, a wonderful online contest called #Lockedinlove especially, organized for V-Day, somewhere I want to understand what the young couples are looking for in their respective relationship. So in this quest,  I followed this bunch of youngsters around this Cage.
Often conflicting thoughts can be seen in both men and women to have umbrage and conflict towards men, leaving women to feel hopeless about ever developing a wonderful, warm, romantic partnership? Similarly what men think women want from them often causes them much of the same feelings and confusion? though lack of communication and lack of sincere adaptations to reality often mislead the relationship.  Anyway, you don’t have to owe my expression.
Millennium put their two cents in relationship expectations, those who are actively involved in personal growth and relationship development what they want from a partner to build a great relationship. You will find their answers to be unexpected.
Discover what men said they want from women as contrasted with what women think men want.

As The Saying Goes ‘Honesty Is The Best Policy, Men Look Out For Honest Communication
They want a woman who answers questions honestly and perhaps even volunteers’ information without concealing facts; they want their girl to be confident enough to ask for her wants and needs to be met. They want a woman who can see the truth and tell it like it is while communicating with kindness. Men want a woman who can communicate without being too critical and cares about preserving their dignity. Contrary to this Women think men want them to be superficial, keep quiet about their needs or wants, and never ask for anything. Women think men believe them to be too needy and too sensitive, and that men simply want women to get over it. Some women believe they do not have the permission to tell, that they will be rejected for speaking up.
All you need to build is a satisfying relationship, and to learn how to communicate your needs effectively and clear communication without anger or criticism is the key to a successful relationship.
Career Oriented, Secure, and Confident
Men want a woman to choose for them a secure sustained place, rather than from a place of desperation — either materially or emotionally. They want their partners to have a separate identity. Men want a woman to be active and independent and to have her friends and interests. On the other hand, men treasure time spent with a loving partner.
All They Need Is A Hoodwink-Free Relationship
The manipulation-free relationship is what all Men talked about. They do not want to be obligated to move faster in a relationship than they are ready. They do not want to be influenced into taking all the blame for things gone wrong. They do not want to be on the receiving end of game playing. They also like to be acknowledged and bestow praise.
Manipulative Relationship of any kind does not stay longer they are like a woman who can ask without hesitation for what you want and need in every area of your life.

Men Want Progression, Personal Accountability, And Ownership
To build a great relationship man wants a woman to learn to take responsibility for their emotional experience and expression. To an extent emotional stability is what Men look for in a woman, she can manage the relationship dynamics, can be a source of strength and courage in every phase of life Men want a woman who is developing herself personally, and who takes responsibility for her emotional experience.
Maturity does not mean a lack of emotions. It does mean the ability to handle emotions responsibly.
Men Want Faithfulness And Commitment To The Relationship
Most women stick to the myth that all men cheat — all though this may not be the case, infidelity and “a roaming eye” is as obnoxious to men as they are to women. Great men know how to build a wonderful relationship, and they know fidelity is the main ingredient. Many may define commitment as fidelity plus the willingness to work on the relationship — even when the going gets tough.
Fidelity is an absolute must. Men want a woman who does not have a “roaming eye” and who can wholeheartedly commit to the relationship
Commitment is what transforms a promise into reality-Abraham Lincoln

Men Like To Be Praised And Acknowledge
Respect, Praise, and Acknowledgement are a few traits to be adopted and kept in a relationship, many women treat men in ways that diminish their egos, making them feel inadequate. Men would rather have more praise, more acknowledgment of what they do right, and recognition that they are great guys who are loved and appreciated. Criticism and verbal resentment should be at all costs be avoided.

Wonder the best beard style in 2022, Here’s Some Trends To Follow

Beards have become a popular trend among men. We might wonder what the best beard style will be in 2022. There is a style for every face shape when it comes to growing one. Most B-town stars have mastered the art of growing beards. Here are some well-known beard trends that will have you covered throughout the year, from looking edgy AF with stubble to achieving the ‘rowdy’ look with a full-grown beard
Remember to choose a beard style based on your face shape before settling on anything. Choosing a style that suits your face shape, regardless of whether you have a scraggly bush or a voluminous growth, can work wonders for your personal style.
Biker Beard – For All Face Shapes

If you are looking at a dramatic option to rock that beard, here’s how you can switch things up a bit. Being a part of the biker subculture, a biker beard has extra length below the chin area. A lot of men don’t tend to opt for this trend but believe us, this bushy-yet-stylish beard adds a sense of jaggedness to your look, stat. For men with a prominent jawline, biker beard is what will earn you style credos.
The Classic Beard – For Elongated Faces

A classic beard gives you a dialed-down, neater appearance. This beard style is neither too long nor too short, so it immediately draws everyone’s attention. It is recommended to opt for short hair to complement the classic, modern appearance. For a true vintage vibe, you can also try side part pomade. If you have a round face, reduce the hair on the sides and grow it down to keep it longer. It will suit your face shape and if you wish to hide your double chin, this is your cue!
Thin Beard – For A Squarish Face Shape

You can accentuate your jawline with this beard trend. To grow a moustache, all you need to do is blend it with your beard. Men who wish to achieve a mature appearance without compromising their age should wear thin beards. You’ll be fine as long as it’s neat and well trimmed!
Fuller Beard – For Elongated Faces

One thing we are sure about a full beard is that it’s harder to grow than it looks. It is a slow and gradual process that calls for careful grooming. You need to ensure that your beard is styled properly and not just that, you need to make sure your barber knows the exact haircut that goes with your full beard. If you have an oval face shape, this beard trend is for you. For men with a slim, narrow face, you can keep the sides longer instead of growing it down your chin. Get creative and see the magic happen!
The Beard Stache - For Round & Square Faces

The beard stache may be a rare beard breed but tbh, this stache definitely shows the experimental side of you. A light and a classic alternative for summer days, this moustache is a hybrid where it is kept longer than the beard surrounding it. The best part? It works well on most face shapes! The beard stache instantly adds ruggedness and men with a prominent chin and wider philtrum can go for it.
Van Dyke Beard Style – For A Triangular Face

You can choose the Van Dyke beard style if you want to add a distinctive twist to your appearance. It features a goatee with cheeks and a long, classy moustache. Curl your moustache every now and then to keep things cool! This beard trick is a saviour for men who struggle to grow a full beard.
