A stroll in the beautiful alleyway of DLF Cyber Hub in Gurgaon, considered as the center and heart of the new millennium is quite ardent and energetic. Known as the city center for the new millennium, DLF Cyber Hub is known for its commercial excellence and growing IT industry.

There was such a beautiful cage that I called ‘Pyaar Ka Pinjra’, a wonderful online contest called #Lockedinlove especially, organized for V-Day, somewhere I want to understand what the young couples are looking for in their respective relationship. So in this quest,  I followed this bunch of youngsters around this Cage.
Often conflicting thoughts can be seen in both men and women to have umbrage and conflict towards men, leaving women to feel hopeless about ever developing a wonderful, warm, romantic partnership? Similarly what men think women want from them often causes them much of the same feelings and confusion? though lack of communication and lack of sincere adaptations to reality often mislead the relationship.  Anyway, you don’t have to owe my expression.
Millennium put their two cents in relationship expectations, those who are actively involved in personal growth and relationship development what they want from a partner to build a great relationship. You will find their answers to be unexpected.

As The Saying Goes ‘Honesty Is The Best Policy, Men Look Out For Honest Communication
They want a woman who answers questions honestly and perhaps even volunteers’ information without concealing facts; they want their girl to be confident enough to ask for her wants and needs to be met. They want a woman who can see the truth and tell it like it is while communicating with kindness. Men want a woman who can communicate without being too critical and cares about preserving their dignity. Contrary to this Women think men want them to be superficial, keep quiet about their needs or wants, and never ask for anything. Women think men believe them to be too needy and too sensitive, and that men simply want women to get over it. Some women believe they do not have the permission to tell, that they will be rejected for speaking up.
All you need to build is a satisfying relationship, and to learn how to communicate your needs effectively and clear communication without anger or criticism is the key to a successful relationship.
Career Oriented, Secure, and Confident
Men want a woman to choose for them a secure sustained place, rather than from a place of desperation — either materially or emotionally. They want their partners to have a separate identity. Men want a woman to be active and independent and to have her friends and interests. On the other hand, men treasure time spent with a loving partner.
All They Need Is A Hoodwink-Free Relationship
The manipulation-free relationship is what all Men talked about. They do not want to be obligated to move faster in a relationship than they are ready. They do not want to be influenced into taking all the blame for things gone wrong. They do not want to be on the receiving end of game playing. They also like to be acknowledged and bestow praise.
Manipulative Relationship of any kind does not stay longer they are like a woman who can ask without hesitation for what you want and need in every area of your life.

Men Want Progression, Personal Accountability, And Ownership 
To build a great relationship man wants a woman to learn to take responsibility for their emotional experience and expression. To an extent emotional stability is what Men look for in a woman, she can manage the relationship dynamics, can be a source of strength and courage in every phase of life Men want a woman who is developing herself personally, and who takes responsibility for her emotional experience.
Maturity does not mean a lack of emotions. It does mean the ability to handle emotions responsibly.
Men Want Faithfulness And Commitment To The Relationship
Most women stick to the myth that all men cheat — all though this may not be the case, infidelity and “a roaming eye” is as obnoxious to men as they are to women. Great men know how to build a wonderful relationship, and they know fidelity is the main ingredient. Many may define commitment as fidelity plus the willingness to work on the relationship — even when the going gets tough.
Fidelity is an absolute must. Men want a woman who does not have a “roaming eye” and who can wholeheartedly commit to the relationship

Respect, Praise, and Acknowledgement are a few traits to be adopted and kept in a relationship, many women treat men in ways that diminish their egos, making them feel inadequate. Men would rather have more praise, more acknowledgment of what they do right, and recognition that they are great guys who are loved and appreciated. Criticism and verbal resentment should be at all costs be avoided.
