The Sunday afternoon and evening turned out to be the most talked about occasions when the most visited events in Delhi, where the number of visitors reached close to 9000 by the end of the show. The event was graced by the presence of Actress Politician Ms Jaya Prada ji who came in a beautiful designer attire, waving at her fans and later said good words about the SHIMMER Event & Exhinition by Ms Gunjan Sharma and her efforts to bring Fashion and Exhibition at one door step to the customers of the south Delhi. She added in front of guests like Umesh dutt, Meenakshi Dutt, Dr Varun Katyal, Dr Rita Gangwani, Actor Mayank Panwar , Ira Singhal ji, Manorath Khulkar, Sanjiv Dev Malik, Ms Neetu Singhal, and many others that SHIMMER has marked a start of fashion exhibitions which every fashion persuant and adorecent should visit and promote in such a time in Delhi where other exhibitions are more concentrating on Exhibition part only but the SHIMMER gave opportunity to all its exhibitors to showcase their vibrant art works via Fashion show as well and connect with creative minds who like fashion in Delhi.
Shimmer by Gunjan Sharma has attracted and took sign from all parts of society , there have been special support by Tanu singh also who has been India’s 1st awarded Super Trans Model too. She added she really appreciated the grand opening till closing of this show, the show embarked its presence with Fashion show which was showcasing the Famous and Unique designs by Designers Sadan Pande, Kinshuk Badhuri brand Kamakhya, Neha Malhotra brand Krasa and few others associated by CRG Jewels as Jewellery partner. The Fashion show showcased had the biggest participation of all famous faces from Fashion Industry like Preeti Vohra, Dinesh Mohan, Sanvi Arora, Shristi Das, Delnaz Balsara, Dr Neha Tyagi, Mehak Karra, Shweta Dager, Mukta Chopra, Pooja sharma, Shalini Sadh, Neeru Bansal, Tamanna sethi, Pooja Chopra and many more crowned beauties came from across states of India but also from abroad to participate in this Fashion Exhibition event. The show ultimately was a gala show and is now been a trendsetter and competition brand mark for the other upcoming events in Delhi, exhibitors congratulated Gunjan Sharma ji for bringing such nice thought for unification of Fashion & Exhibition in one bundle.

“Russian Film Days” in India will be held from 12th till 15th October for the 4th time. This time it will be a part of cultural events at Russia-India Annual Summit and the meeting of the president of Russia and the Prime-Minister of India. The film festival is still expanding the boundaries: the most successful and prominent films will be shown not only in Delhi but in Pune and the capital of Bollywood Mumbai as well.
The opening ceremony will take place at Russian Center of Culture and Science in New Delhi on October, 12. An intense program of the festival is to be opened by a world premiere of “Last Trial” directed by Alexey Petrukhin. The film, which dwells on acute social issues, will be screened 1,5 months prior to the first night in Russia (November 28, 2018). It will be presented by actresses Ann? Churina and Alisa Grebenschikova.
An audience in India will have a chance to watch Russian iconic films which were released this year and have already gained wide popularity. Among them, there is the leader of Russian box office – drama on sport “Ice”, cosmic drama “Spacewalkers”, the first part of a cinema series “Gogol. The beginning”, the comedy “Well, hello there, Oksana Sokolova”, fairytale “The Last Warrior” and animation “Sheep and Wolves”.
The films will be presented by honored guests from the Russian film fraternity Anna Churina, Valentina Mazunina, Artem Tkachenko, Alisa Grebenschikova, Victor Khorinyak.
“Russian Film Days” in India are instrumental in improving contacts with the creative and economic elite as well as strengthening bonds in the cinema industry, instigating cultural exchange and shaping the image of Russia as a partner of India. Past experience makes its success this year obvious.
Forum producer, the adviser of the Russian Filmmakers Union, “The Hollywood Reporter” Russia editor-in-chief Maria Lemesheva, who heads the Russian delegation, says, “Every year the festival “Russian Film Days” is becoming more and more large-scale and it has always been popular with the audience. More than 15 thousand people have watched Russian films in India for the past 3 years. We believe that cinema language is one of the most uniting elements in culture. This year we will present the most striking films made in Russia and we hope they will be as popular in India as they have been in Russia”.
The first festival “Russian Film Days” in India dates back to 2015. It was mentioned in the joint statement of the president of Russia Vladimir Putin and the Prime-Minister of India Narendra Modi during the BRICS summit.
The fourth festival is organized by LLC Cinemarus and supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, Russian Filmmakers Union, Russian National Fund of Copyright’s Holders Support, Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of India, Russian Center of Science and Culture in New Delhi and Star Media Film Company.
