Breaking the Bias by Ontologist Aashmeen Munjaal
Breaking the bias is not only about your personal life, professional life, or social life. It is about your sentimental and emotional life as well. Breaking the Bias is also going beyond the norms and the old patterns that exist in society, which tells us about what we should do and what we cannot do. It is going beyond your boundaries while discovering yourself and knowing yourself. We, humans, are unlimited souls. But we have put limits on ourselves that are created by our logical minds and logical boundaries. I am proud of myself that I can go beyond my boundaries!
Whenever you are confident, you are being yourself. You are not being anyone else. You are not hiding under the facade. Whenever you are yourself, there is no bias. Bias comes when you are comparing between two things. But there is no one out there. Whenever breaking the bias, it is about going beyond any comparison and multi-ness; and it is all about oneness. So, me being one with my own self is breaking the bias!

Breaking the bias:-
I have started my own company at a young age and have always worked very hard to make it work.
When I started my work initially I was advised by a lot of people to hire a C.E.O to help me manage my work and this suggestion usually stemmed from the fact that I was a young woman starting out on my own, my family however always believed I would be able to manage on my own and this kept me going.
People in my company are always hired because they work hard and not because of their gender. I have tried to inculcate this practice from the very beginning that the people we hire are there because we think they can do well.

International Women’s Day 2022: What this year’s campaign theme means and how to break the bias

With less than a week until this year’s International Women’s Day, we take a closer look at the campaign for 2022 and how you can get involved. International Women’s Day (IWD) is recognized globally on 8 March, honoring the achievements of women in a variety of fields, from culture to politics.
Each year, it also calls for new action to achieve equality for women, advocate for gender equality, raise awareness, and fund women-focused charities.
The first IWD is reported to have taken place in 1911, with more than a million women and men attending rallies campaigning for women’s rights to work, vote, be trained, to hold public office and end discrimination.
What is the theme for International Women’s Day 2022?
This year’s theme is #BreakTheBias and it calls for a world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination where women can move ahead. IWD recognizes that action is needed to create a gender-equal world and challenges those who want to support a campaign to help create a more diverse and inclusive future. Awareness alone is not enough to bring about change. There are several ways to get involved.
What can I do to support International Women’s Day 2022?
Everyone can step forward to challenge bias in their community, school or workplace and call out gender bias, discrimination and stereotyping when seen in action.
When the event arrives on March 8, the IWD organization will be sharing images and videos of people striking this year’s campaign pose – crossing their arms in an X – to encourage further work in creating an inclusive world.
You can share your picture on social media with the #BreakTheBias hash tag and submit it on the IWD website here.
There are also a number of resources available to help you organize your own event or fundraise for a charity of your choice.
Why is International Women’s Day 2022 celebrated?
It’s estimated that gender parity will not be achieved for almost a century, according to the World Economic Forum.
To that end, there is work that can be done now to secure a brighter and fairer future.

Marriage Myths And Beliefs And Youngsters Hesitations, Why To Get Married

By, Aashmeen Munjaal, Relationship Coach and Ontologist.
It is undoubtedly true that marriage means different things to different people, but love, security, and commitment tend to play a significant role in the decision to wed. Planning a wedding, while stressful, is a straightforward process it is what transpires after the honeymoon that most befuddles us.
Is there any myth about marriage? The institution of marriage, while based on fundamental principles of love and support, is ever-evolving, reflecting the individual character of each couple. So, let’s debunk a few of the most common myths about marriage.
According to Ontologist  Aashmeen  Munjaal the question “Why marry?” has the answer in itself. In the world of Law of Attraction and Manifestation,
Commitment issues
For those who have struggled with their partner’s commitment issues, it can be easy to assume that a proposal is an indication that they are ready to settle down. Unfortunately, this isn’t always the case. Sporting a ring on your finger does not automatically mean a commitment-phobic partner has finally overcome their fears. Ultimately, people will not change for another person, only for themselves.
Expectation Vs Reality
The first question is “What do you want?” to get married or not to and if your answer is marriage, the next possible question is “Why?” The “why” will give you the answer about your commitment and expectations from marriage? Such a clear vision will help and will act as a driving force that will attract you to the institution named marriage. Marriage is a man-made institution. It exists in society because it gives the society workability and smoothness of things being in place. And thus, it is adopted by religions and cultures all over.
Do Not Get Driven By Others Experiences
Marriage is a personal phenomenon. It is about the person who is getting married. Your experience depends on how strong is your “why” and whether it is positive or negative. You can make your “why” positive by implementing the Law of attraction formulas and practicing gratitude. You won’t benefit from what other people say or experience because others are living their life. Your parents live their lives, your brother and sister live their own lives, and your friends live their own lives. But what you are living in your life. You have to be responsible for your own marital life, so you have to discover, explore and answer “why” you want to get married. “Why” will give you the driving force. You should discover this for yourself before taking this important step in your life.
Virtual Manifestation
Today, youngsters are getting married to gain Instagram followers or for the fun of destination weddings or to wear expensive lehengas or because of society. But why are ‘you’ getting married? How strong is your “why”? The whole answer lies in the question of “why” you need to marry and this is the beginning of discovering and exploring why marry!
Searching Perfection
Youngsters look up to ideal situations and they see them as examples to follow. Happy couples are the ones they are looking at. But nowadays, an ideal marriage is less likely to be seen. People are sad and worried. The answers are unresolved and the leadership in marriage is not balanced. And thus, you have to become your leader and be your example. You have to make your “why” stronger because “why” is the light that will drive you through the dark tunnel and “why” will you show you the way out. Start finding your own “why” as “why” is magical.
Once you surrender to it, the universe will take care of how it will happen. Not only in marriage, but for your dream job, dream salary, dream house, or your dream car, make your “why” stronger and positive and it will happen. If “why” is from your heart, it will change your life forever!

Digital will continue to play an important role in helping us engage with and reach wider audiences and enhance the physical aspects. We look forward to alternate the fashion weeks between Delhi and Mumbai. This collaborative effort will give the platform and its stakeholders the opportunity to interact with varied audiences, while catering to the fashion communities across both hubs.”

What millennial Parents look for in Baby Skin Care Products’?

Natural baby skincare products can be a safer option, when it comes to childcare, many of us will agree that ancient child care methods are today backed by science, with the backing of Modernity and advancement to provide a safe and nourishing skincare solution for children many of us look upon the products that have natural ingredients.
With such a concept, CITTA Range comprises baby-friendly products, made of natural ingredients, entrenched with deep research and study, for happy millennial parenting Inspired by the traditions and knowledge of childcare passed down by grandmothers to mothers, the Dadi Nani Ke Nuskhe is what CITTA’s range of baby care products pride in.
Newborn baby skincare is a delicate matter. In the early months, as your baby’s immune system develops, you’ll want to use the mildest cleansers and the smallest bit of lotion. But when dry skin, eczema, and diaper rash appear, it’s time to treat those problems.
Your newborn needs dye-free, fragrance-free baby skincare products. If there’s a newborn in your family, here are a few tips before you start shopping:-
Read labels carefully
Baby skincare products that contain dyes, fragrances, and chemicals can irritate a baby’s skin and breathing.
Natural baby skincare products are safe for most infants. But if you have allergies or asthma in your family, your newborn may also be sensitive to botanicals and herbs in some products.
The label “hypoallergenic” can be misleading. The term means that the product is less likely to cause an allergic reaction, but that doesn’t necessarily mean the product is gentler on the skin than other products.
Therefore,  each product by CITTA is free from phthalate- and paraben-free. Those chemicals are potentially harmful to babies. Each product has been designed with thought and age-old wisdom married with state-of-the-art technology and natural Indian ingredients.

It is a soft and supple anti-microbial formula that provides longer-lasting moisturization due to its unique blend of 7 nourishing oils that provides nourishment, protection, and replenishment and the love of natural antioxidants.
Baby soaps, washes/cleansers, and shampoos: Cleansers and washes are mild and safe for newborns. But use baby soaps sparingly, as they can dry newborn skin.
Foaming Baby Wash and Shampoo: This is a great way to help keep skin clean and moisturized at the same time, Baby Shampoo with no more tear formula is easy to help clean the scalp and hairs soft.
Baby lotion Helps moisturize newborn skin. Use sparingly on tiny newborns.
Moisturizing Baby Balm: Can be used to treat diaper rash. It provides the baby’s skin with a protective barrier against moist diapers. You may be asked to apply it to the healing circumcision site.
Baby oil: This classic is best used as a massage oil for newborn skin, not as a moisturizer. Newborn skin does not absorb it well. Similarly, the specially formulized Baby oil is an amazing amalgamation of 12 Nourishing oils. Nonallergic, non-sticky, a fragrance-free formula, the Nourishing Baby Oil is anti-microbial Anti-inflammatory.
Baby powder: If using baby powder, try to find powders that are talc-free and take care to keep them away from the baby’s face and genitalia.
